We're excited about the team of people God has brought together as servant leaders here at Transformation Church. Our team consists of those who are paid and unpaid, who desire to see God move Upward, Inward, and Outward in their lives! We believe Together Everyone Achieves More!

Jesus is the Senior Pastor of Transformation Church. He is "the head of the body, the church" (Colossians 1:18). We follow His example and organize our human leadership. As prescribed by the New Testament, Transformation Church is an Elder-Pastor led and governed church (1 Timothy 3:1-7, 5:17; Titus 1:7-9; Hebrews 13:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13; Acts 20:17-38).

Pastor, Elder, Bishop, and Overseer are all synonymous terms in the Bible. Elder-Pastors are men who are called and biblically tested to lead Transformation Church (Acts 20:28; Ephesians 4:11; 1 Peter 5:2). As Jesus continues to grow Transformation Church, more Elders-Pastors will be raised up to shepherd God's people.

The Executive Leadership Team is comprised of men and women who ensure Transformation Church operates in accordance with the law while implementing best practices, policies and procedures regarding business, finances and facilities for a church of our size/complexity.

The Executive Elder-Pastors, in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team, are the governing body of Transformation Church.
